These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Podpod ("Company") governing your access to and use of the Podpod service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Podpod.

Podpod provides an automated service that enables users to generate audio podcasts from submitted URLs, subject to these Terms. This Service is accessible via a web-based platform.

Podpod operates on a subscription model:

Payments are processed through Stripe, allowing transactions via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, and Cartes Bancaires (France's local card network).

Subscriptions are non-transferable. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and credits remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are available if users are unsatisfied with the Service.
